I'm Anna, a passionate yogi based in the beautiful country of Sweden. I'm a proud mother of two and the owner of a furry canine companion who brings so much joy and love into my life. My love for all things spiritual and my deep connection to yoga is a source of inspiration and guidance in my life.

I believe that yoga is not just about the physical practice, but a holistic approach to living a fulfilling and meaningful life. I've dedicated my time to studying and practicing various forms of yoga, ayurveda, crystals and tarot and I'm eager to share my knowledge and passion with others.
